1. Accepting these terms
PensionProof is operated by DIGIDENT LTD. By using PensionProof you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and use the service only for records you are entitled to process.
2. What the service does
The app can help transcribe contribution information and compare records using deterministic product rules. Optional Luna extraction is available only after the complete bounded OCR text is shown in an editable review and proposes fields from the exact text visible when the user confirms. It never calculates reconciliation statuses, legal due dates or entitlement. Candidate values and source spans can be wrong, incomplete or misclassified and must be checked against original documents.
3. Your responsibilities
- Check every imported value, date, scheme method and match before relying on it.
- Keep original payslips and provider records; an export is not an official statement.
- Do not upload data belonging to another person or confidential employer material without authority.
- Remove names, NI numbers, account/member/policy/payroll IDs, addresses, bank details and unnecessary personal data before optional AI use.
- Use official channels and qualified advice for pension, tax, employment, complaint or legal decisions.
- Do not bypass authentication or rate limits, automate bulk extraction, attack, reverse engineer or misuse the service.
4. Cautious statuses
Words such as MATCHED, AMOUNT_MISMATCH, POTENTIALLY_LATE, POTENTIALLY_MISSING and NEEDS_REVIEW are organisational signals, not findings of fact or law. Posting delays, tax-relief method, salary sacrifice, refunds, corrections, scheme rules and incomplete documents can all affect comparisons. The Pensions Regulator currently asks members to wait 90 days before reporting a missing payment because transfer can take up to three months; always check current official guidance.
5. Availability and changes
This is a beta. We may change, rate-limit, suspend or withdraw online extraction, models, supported formats or provider mappings. Local/manual features should not be treated as a backup service. Keep your own copies.
6. Intellectual property
DIGIDENT LTD owns the app and service software, branding and original materials. You keep rights in your documents and records and grant us only the limited permission needed to process optional requests.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a promise that extraction, matching or availability will be error-free. We are not responsible for decisions made without checking official records or seeking appropriate advice. Nothing excludes liability that law does not allow us to exclude, or your mandatory consumer rights.
8. Ending use
You may stop using the service and delete the app at any time. We may restrict online access for misuse or security reasons. Provisions that naturally survive termination continue.
9. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory rights you have where you live. Courts with jurisdiction under consumer law may hear disputes. Email digidentai@proton.me.
